Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Mile High Lashes, we provide the highest level of personalized service for all of our clients. When you book your appointment, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you and your beauty needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request you do so 48 hours in advance so that the esthetician may have the opportunity to schedule another client.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged to any new client who does not give 48 hours’ notice before missing their appointment.
A cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged to any client thereafter who do not give 48 hours’ notice before missing their appointment.
If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, Mile High Lashes will cancel the appointment and you will be charged 100% of the service fees.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will not be given the opportunity to reschedule with any esthetician at Mile High Lashes.
Mile High Lashes does not offer refunds for cancelled or missed appointments, allergic reactions to products, or displeasure with the service. If you are worried about potential allergic reactions to adhesives, pigments, or skin care products, you may request a consultation and patch test.
